Adventure In Sound presents completely improvised sets of music drawing on a wide range of influences, sounds and atmospheres both electric and acoustic. Since 2008, the group has put on a number of performances in the Boston area and for a year and half held a monthly residence at The Outpost 186 in Cambridge, MA all the while building an intense and loyal following. In 2011, Adventure In Sound continued its move forward by presenting shared bills with brilliant innovators such as Ben Monder, Bill McHenry and David Fiuczynski at the legendary Johnny D’s Uptown in Somerville, MA Look for more Adventure In Sound performances in the Boston area for the remainder of 2011 and 2012. Each one is unique be sure to catch every one!
